Today my day started off rather slow, then it picked up as I volunteered at my daughters school, and then took my other daughter on a play date. On the way home the tire gave out and I had what I assumed to be a flat tire. Coincidentally, a lady that I did not know drove by and took us home where I was able, to get help from my neighbors. Another exciting thing that happened is that God impressed upon another strangers heart to help my family in a way that was very appreciated, and they invested in my business. I said all this to say that sometimes we can be so ridden with our schedules and worries, we forget to ask God for his help and direction. Even though we may not ask he know the desires of our heart. The bible says "Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart." Psalms 37:4 (NIV) Even though I did not specifically pray about my situations today, my heart was stayed on the Lord, he saw and met my need. This is just a word of encouragement because I know if he can do it for me he will certainly do it for you. God bless you all!
